Artificial Intelligence (AI) has certainly revolutionized the field of photography, propelling it into an exciting new era. AI algorithms have significantly advanced image recognition technology, enabling cameras and editing software to automatically detect and enhance key features of a photograph. This technology assists photographers by providing intelligent suggestions for composition, lighting, and even subject matter. Additionally, AI-powered image editing tools eliminate the need for extensive manual editing, allowing photographers to achieve professional-quality results with just a few clicks. With AI capabilities continuously improving, we can expect even more groundbreaking developments in the realm of photography, making it more accessible and empowering photographers to push the creative boundaries.

How good does this sound? except I didn’t write a single word, it was all computer generated using AI. And now it is creeping into photography to the extent that one is able to “compose” a photograph that does not even exist!!!

Where do you draw the line? One could argue that the development of Adobe’s Photoshop and Lightroom with their immense capabilities is a step too far, or is it just evo;ution? I would welcome your thoughts.
